What is OMS?

Online Member Services (OMS) is the member portal through which you can find basic information about your PERS benefits, such as your membership type, service or retirement credit, and employment and salary history.

The information you can access and the things you can do in OMS vary by your membership type [Tier One, Tier Two, or Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan (OPSRP)] and whether you are a retiree or a nonretired member.

Note: OMS is unavailable from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.* Monday through Friday and occasionally unavailable from 4 p.m.* Saturday through 6 a.m.* Monday for routine maintenance. If the OMS site is unavailable at other times, we typically post a notice on the PERS homepage.
